HSI (Hitotsubasshi Summer Institute) is the flagship conference of the HIAS. It goes back to the summer of 2015 and we have been hosting the conference annually since then.
HSI offers research presentations in four areas: international economics, economic development, finance, and economic norms.

The first session of HSI2024: Microeconomic Theory, a research presentation in the field of economic norms, will be held on Saturday, July 13 and Sunday, July 14, 2024 (face-to-face; Language: English) for the first time in 2024, the 10th edition of the conference.
